Refund & Returns Policy

At Pawsome Gadgets (“we”, “us”, “our”), your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations for purchases made on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID, receipt, or email confirmation) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Digital products or gift cards


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at pawsomegadgets90@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).

  2. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.

  3. If approved, customers must ship the product back to us at their own cost.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.


3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect.

  • Shipping charges, COD fees, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

Refund may be denied if:

  • The return item is used, damaged, or missing parts.

  • The item does not match what was originally sent.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may request photos or videos for verification.

  • If approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before shipment.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may file a return request after delivery.

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at pawsomegadgets90@gmail.com.

  2. Include your order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund, depending on stock availability.


7. Grievance Redressal
